Our core offering is one-on-one strength and conditioning training.

Fitness is to health what location is to real estate.

FD delivers a training system which combines variation with functional movements whilst working at a high intensity both in a 1 on 1 and group context.

Variation = more fun, less boredom with new workouts everytime we see you (no plateauing)!
Functional = movements your body is designed for with benefits you will see and feel in everyday life!
Intensity = better results in less time through working harder (we're efficient).

The primary objective of our training style is to deliver you complete fitness being competence across all the 10 fitness components:

You'll be exposed to challenging workouts combining weights, gymnastics and bodyweight movements, running, rowing, plyometrics and lots more innovative stuff that you wouldn't normally believe you could do!

FD training suits everyone! We modify workouts according to your ability and relative level of fitness and strength. Age is no barrier - we currently have clients ranging from kids all the way to 65!

Primarily our training is held in our private studio in North Balwyn. The studio is an open space with lots of interesting tools and objects which we utilise for our fun sessions. It is a space specifically set up for functional training therefore you won't see any machines here!

OUR NAME:

FORCE is the capacity to do work or cause physical change (energy, strength, or active power) with DECEM being the latin word for ten.
For us, force symbolised not only energy, strength and power but also a team of people united by a common goal.
Ten signifies our commitment to develop your competence across all the 10 fitness components.
